I did a food experiment. The hard part about cooking for one person is that meals can get boring when you make a recipe that lasts a few days. Here’s what I came up with for crockpot shredded chicken. Breakfast buffalo chicken nachos.
Buffalo chicken grilled cheese.

Tacos for lunch at work.
Chicken tacos.
Breakfast chicken tacos.
Flatbread.
Omelette.
Sandwich.
Last but not least, Mac and cheese!
This week of eating was way more fun that having a salad for every meal.
