In Asheville for the weekend and decided to check out Posana for lunch. Saw Pork Belly Benedict on the menu online and was sold on the place. Walking up, they have a sign for a Bourbon mimosa which sounds super intriguing. Then also tried the avocado toast and barbecue smoked lamb shoulder. Everything was incredible. I highly recommend this place if you are ever in Asheville and need a brunch place to check out.
