These aren’t super original or complicated.
Buffalo chicken dip is my friend Rachel’s go to party appetizer. I called her to ask how to make it! It is super simple. You put a layer of cream cheese on the bottom of the pan then a layer of buffalo chicken then a layer of shredded cheese. Pop it in the oven at 350 for about 30 minutes and you are good to go! You can cook the chicken beforehand in the oven or the instant pot or a quicker option is to use canned shredded chicken from Costco.
The first few times I made meatloaf I did follow a recipe but now I can do it by heart. Meatloaf has become my signature dish. I have my own personal recipe for it.
On Valentine’s Day I made homemade pizza in the shape of hearts. Well attempted anyways. They came out a little blobby but were still fine. I got a dough ball from our local grocery store bakery and divided it into four. Then I picked random toppings for each mini pizza.
